It’s a Zoo in Here!
(June 24 – 28)
Have you ever wanted to act like your favorite animal all day long? If so, this is the perfect week for you! We will be acting like, learning about, dressing as, and creating brand new animals all week long! Who knows, we may even have a visit from a few furry friends during the week.
(July 1 – July 5)
Happy Birthday America! We’re celebrating in style! Come ready for Generations version of fireworks, American flags, food, and good old fashioned fun. Choose to wear your red white and blue when we have the biggest birthday bash for this fantastic country of ours. *Closed July 4th.
(July 8 -July 12)
Ever wanted to know what your parents, grandparents, and other family members did for fun when they were your age? Look no further than this brand new SA4K week! We will dance our way through the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s to discover what games they played, crafts they made, and clothing they wore; we may even decorate some of our own clothing. It’s looking to be a groovy week.
Adventure is Out There
(July 15 – July 19)
Get your passport ready, we’re headed to all 7 continents in just 5 days! Well, not exactly…we’re travelling the Generations way, with our imagination! We will learn about the food, art, customs, animals, and people of South America, Antarctica, Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the continent we live on, North America! Pack your bags, it’s going to be a fun-filled journey around the globe!
(July 22 – July 26)
We’re spending the week outdoors, exploring the nature that exists all around us. Join us for nature walks, scavenger hunts, bug investigating, crafts created with things you can find in your own backyard, and so much more. Come prepared to get your hands dirty, after all, that’s half the fun!
(July 29 – Aug 2)
Aloha! This theme is back by popular demand as we visit America’s only state that is a set of islands! We plan to learn how to hula (dance and hoop!), erupt massive volcanoes, and taste the food the people of the island love most. Who knows, we may even do our version of surfing.
It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s Super Kids!
(Aug 5 – Aug 9)
Captain America. Wonder Woman. Spiderman. Batman. We know them, we love them, so why not BECOME just like them?! That’s right, all our kiddos will turn into their very own superheroes in this adventure filled week. By week’s end we’ll be prepared and ready to make the world a much better place. (We know, identities of superheroes should be kept a secret so don’t worry, the secrets are safe with us.)
(Aug 12 – Aug 16)
Singing, dancing, elaborate Lego creations, gymnastics, portrait drawing; the list of talent Generations kids have goes on and on! This week will be spent creating posters, costumes, set design, and rehearsing acts that will be on stage during our week ending Talent Show.
(Aug 19 – Aug 23)
Buzz Lightyear shouldn’t be the only one to be able to enjoy exploring outer space, so we’re bringing outer space to you! Is Pluto a planet? What do astronauts eat in space? How many constellations are there? We will discover answers to all those questions and more with hands on learning and fun that is out of this world!
(Aug 26 – Aug 30)
Bring your bathing suit and sunscreen, Generations is having a last splash celebration as we slip and slide our way out of summer and into fall! Come prepared to get wet and wild as we spend the week running through sprinklers, create beach & ocean themed crafts, have friendly water balloon competitions, and celebrate the end of summer in style.
