Free Pre-K & Preschool Available!
Did you know that your child may be eligible for a free pre-k or free preschool program? Generations offers State Ed funded free EPK (3 year old) and UPK (4 year old) programs in several of our locations. Children in the following districts are eligible for these free pre-k and preschool programs: The Fairport School District, The Gates-Chili School District (4 year olds only) and The Rochester City School District. Enrollment in an EPK or UPK program is beneficial for each child’s development and future school success. Research is clear that children who attend a quality program have better success throughout their school years. Some of these programs are filled using a lottery system. The Details:
- Child must be 4 years old by December 1st, 2022 to qualify for UPK.
- Child must be 3 years old by December 1st, 2022 to qualify for EPK.
- Before & after care is available, as well as for school vacation days.
